Company Description
Jayspire Global Line has been in the international freight forwarder & Container Trading Business founded in Autumn of 2017 by a young vibrant talents, with headquarters in Malaysia, Container lines operation from Port Klang, Malaysia and branch offices throughout the continental South-east Asia and link with all over the world.
Responsibilities:
- Secure new customers, service existing customers, attend to customer requests & ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop new customers and expand the company's customer base.
- Prepare quotations for seafreight, trucking, and full total logistics and etc., and follow up closely with customers.
- Handle inquiries assigned by the company.
- Ensure customer payments are on time.- Send sales leads to overseas group offices and agents to generate additional business overseas.
- Secure R/O-Import and prepare S/I for all nominated inbound shipments.
- Correspond and communicate with overseas group offices and agents via email, telephone, and fax regarding sales inquiries and shipment status.
- Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders, and NVOCC.
- Coordinate and provide seamless information feedback to/from customer service and operations staff on special arrangements to ensure smooth service.
- Follow up on and secure debtor payments & submit.
- Prepare sales reports and profiles for every new prospective customer visited, and submit monthly sales reports.
Qualifications
- College / University degree / Diploma or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience in the forwarding or logistics industry, preferably with good contacts with airlines and shipping lines.
- Mature, self-motivated, proactive, aggressive, and result-oriented.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good communication skills.
- Ability to write and converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good general knowledge and some basic knowledge of customs procedures and international business.
- Pleasant personality and own transport.
Salary Range: RM 2000-3500 (based on experience)
