Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Sales & Operations Executive on a contract basis to assist with client engagement, manage data destruction operations, and support on-site logistics. This role combines client interaction, operational tasks, and driving responsibilities in a structured, well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales: Reach out to potential clients, maintain relationships, provide quotations, and assist with scheduling.
Data Destruction Operations: Operate equipment safely, handle client materials responsibly, and follow company SOPs.
Driving & Logistics: Transport client materials using company vehicles, maintain safety and trip records, and ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
Requirements:
Valid Malaysian driving license
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with client interaction and basic sales tasks
Willing to operate machinery under supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willing to travel within Johor and to other locations in Malaysia when required
