Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation of forecast, supply, inventory in-transit, on-hand inventory, sales history, and open orders to ensure complete order fulfilments.
  • Daily monitoring on Order Fulfilment Rate (OFR) performance with loss tree analysis for all unfulfilled orders including immediate action on inventory optimization to meet customer demand.
  • Identify opportunity on tactical inventory movements between the ports and warehouses including alignment and approval covering both Standard Shipment and Direct Container Sales.
  • Daily monitoring on days-on-hand inventory against target and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Manage slow-moving and obsolete stocks (SLOB) by highlighting slow and non-moving stocks to the Business to generate appropriate actions.
  • This role function as pivotal communication point for Supply and Fulfilment constraints between Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance and WGO Team.
  • Key interface between numerous parties to proactively take action that deliver business results.
  • Develop and implement process improvements with focus on process efficiency and cost savings.
  • Controlling the departmental operations budget and monitoring expenses and initiate continuous cost saving initiatives.
  • Prompt submission of all reporting with accurate data.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream with Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management/ Business or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).
  • Should possess good analytical skills, should be Self-starter in data management.
  • Excellent in Excel with strong skills in Analytical, Decision Making and Problem Solving.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Project management skills
  • Should be a good team player
