Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Consultant located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing members to understand their fitness goals, providing tailored consultations, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves assisting with membership sales, providing information about Peak Fitness offerings, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Additionally, the consultant will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive, energetic club environment.
