About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join Binary Semantics Malaysia as a Sales & Solutioning Associate, working closely with the Country Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structuring information, writing clearly, and turning ideas into polished business documents. You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, solutioning, and proposal development.

What You'll Do

# Solutioning & Documentation (≈80%)

Convert meeting discussions, notes, and raw inputs into:

• Commercial proposals
• Solution write-ups
• Scope of work documents
• Presentation decks

• Ensure documents are well-structured, grammatically correct, and professionally formatted.
• Maintain and improve proposal and documentation templates
• Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations

# Sales Support (≈20%)

• Support sales activities such as follow-ups and proposal revisions
• Join client meetings to take notes, clarify requirements, and summarize next steps
• Track proposal versions and submission timelines

Who We're Looking For Fresh graduates from fields such as:

• Information Systems / IT / Computer Science

• Engineering (any discipline)

• Business, Analytics, or related fields

Must to Have:

• Proficiency with speaking Chinese language (Mandatory)

• Strong written English and attention to detail

• Ability to listen, ask questions, and clarify requirements

• Comfort working with unstructured or incomplete information

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Interest in enterprise IT solutions and digital transformation

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Internship or university projects involving IT systems, consulting, or business analysis

• Familiarity with proposal writing or report writing

• Exposure to diagrams, process flows, or documentation tools
