Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Shah Alam for a Sales Application Engineer. The role involves providing technical support to customers and offering solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include engaging in technical sales activities, preparing quotes and proposals, facilitating equipment selection, and collaborating with clients to ensure successful system implementations. The Sales Application Engineer will work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and maintain the organization's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and identify potential business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Technical Support and understanding customer requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Knowledge and skills in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, including the ability to analyze technical specifications and conduct system evaluations.
• Experience in industrial pump systems or similar equipment is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field, is preferred.

Remuneration Package

• Basic Salary + Commission + Incentives + 13th Month Contractual Bonus + Performance Bonus
