It is known for pioneering several firsts in China's robotics industry, including the first 7‑axis cobot and the first dual‑arm cobot.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Engineer, based in Penang, Malaysia. The Application Engineer will provide technical support to clients and work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues. Responsibilities will include developing and deploying software solutions, conducting system tests, and ensuring equipment meets customer specifications. The role also involves collaborating with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to design and implement automation systems.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve client technical issues
Hands-on experience in Software Development, including programming and system design
Foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering and its application in automation
Skills in Mechanical Engineering and familiarity with associated tools and systems
Experience in Testing, quality assurance, and system optimization
