Identify potential customers and businesses that could benefit from the company's products or service.
Present SICK's value proposition and conduct product demonstrations to showcase its benefits.
In-depth coverage and understanding of assigned accounts directly and/or with channels to identify customer needs and develop opportunities to orders.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Develop and execute effective sales activities (products/solution, opportunities follow up) for the industry to achieve sales growth objectives assigned.
Provide updates on sales funnel, forecasts and account status/activity as required.
Proactive usage of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain account details for funnel management and effective collaboration.
Collaborate cross functionally to review & analyze competition, product, and/or market needs to increase win probability and market share.
Support in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities as needed.
Ensure all assigned accounts issues are resolved in a timely and escalate as needed.
Maintain sound technical/application knowledge of products relevant to industry assigned to develop trust and confidence of customer base.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or any related fields.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience within a sales environment in Industrial Automation, Intralogistics, Electronics, Consumer Industry etc.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in both verbal and written English, with strong proficiency in business communication.
Customer-centric and results-oriented.
Disciplined, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure.
Skills/ Product Type: Integration of Factory Automations, Knowledge in terms of PLC/ Machine Vision/ Sensors/ Safety/ RFID/ LiDAR
Exposure to Digital Transformation (i.e. Understand the condition monitoring/visualization for the machine) is a Bonus.
