Location:Bayan Lepas, Penang
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales to submit processes, and coordinate with other departments to propel projects or orders.
- Input order information in SAP system for production scheduling according to contracts, PIs, loan agreements, etc.
- Support customers daily requirements and provide relevant documents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with relevant departments at HQ, promoting the delivery and arrival of products.
- Provide administrative support for office operations.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Current students majoring in International Trade or other Business-Related Majors. Internship experience in international trade is preferred.
- Skilled use of Office software, proficient in Mandarin/English to effectively internal communication.
- Work carefully and conscientiously, with a sense of responsibility.
- Good at communication, coordination and expression.
- Have a strong team spirit.
