Job Description

Job Responsibility

Lead and guide the sales team to achieve the targeted numbers.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups on sales performance, new products, and customer feedback.
Review sales data to identify issues and new business opportunities.
Help customers maximize ROI from our products.
Achieve monthly sales, volume, and profitability targets.
Work with the sales team to develop growth plans for each customer.
Present marketing campaigns and promotions to stores or regional teams.
Negotiate product listings and placements at store level.

Job Requirements

Leadership and team management
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Diploma onwards/ A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required
Proven 1 year experience in managing a team to consistently achieve sales targets.
Minimum 13 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector

Specific Skills/Preference

Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
Analytical thinking to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
Customer-focused mindset to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales management software, and MS Office Suite
Required Personal Attributes
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area
Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
