This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Sulthanbathery. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the store, managing inventory, handling transactions, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves staying informed about the brand's products, promotions, and any new collections to effectively educate customers.

• Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers
• Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Time management and organizational skills to support efficient store operations
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and interest in luxury products and craftsmanship
• Flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail or sales is an advantage
