Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Ipoh. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and providing relevant product recommendations. The role includes achieving individual and team sales targets, maintaining in-store merchandising standards, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members and participation in promotional activities will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and assist customers effectively
- Sales, negotiation, and goal-oriented mindset to achieve targets efficiently
- Product knowledge in electrical appliances, IT, furniture, or home solutions is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to varying customer needs
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- able to speak chinese is an added value (since store is located at chinese base location)
