Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Puchong, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, creating tailored proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate will collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ICT Management Services, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Professional Audio Systems
• Proven skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work efficiently in a hybrid environment
• Prior experience in the Service Integrator or ICT industry is an advantage
• Highly motivated and self-driven with a customer-focused mindset
• IT, or a related field is preferred
