Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Subang Jaya. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Daily tasks include maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, processing sales transactions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales targets, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Sales and Product Knowledge: Proven ability to meet sales targets, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Organizational and Detail-Oriented Skills: Competence in managing inventory, preparing reports, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and familiarity with digital tools or software relevant to sales processes.
- Flexibility and Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Additional Qualifications: Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred but not essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
