Job Responsibility
The ideal candidate will develop relationships with clients to maximize client purchase experience. You act as a consultant by advising industry trends and our state of the art technology available to solve clients problem.
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers
- Educate customers about current promotions
- Contribute to team's daily sales goals
- Responsibility dealing on customer inquiries and complain
- Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
- Manage E-commerce platforms with best fulfilment and results
- Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
- Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
- Have in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered, including features, benefits and pricing
- Participate in creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and showcase products effectively (Visual Merchandising)
- Process sales transactions, handle cash, and provide accurate change. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Oversee product inventory on the sales floor, ensuring timely restocking when necessary

Employment Type
- Full-time. To provide vital support to sales team. Handle important administrative tasks such as order processing and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the outlet.
- To monitor and update branch finances, ensure complete business transactions, record and analyses sales activities and support daily sales operations.
- Support E-commerce day to day operations from updating new products, info, to promotion and data analysis
- Create contents on all major social media platforms and own website
- Calculate, check, record and monitor daily payment balancing and transaction (Cash, Credit Card & Cheque) collected by respective branch.
- Check extended warranty sales and records, ensure all EW sales are registered into online systems accordingly.
- Ensure that complete set of bills are properly handled (no missing bills) and recorded.
- Monitor sales promotion.
- Receive and record repair sets.
- Answer phone calls and reply messages promptly
- Check and update stock in systems.
- Monitor credit card terminal usage.
- Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly workflows are completed on time.
- Attend roadshows on scheduled basis.
