Role Description
The Sales Associate will work in a hybrid capacity based in Johor Bahru, with the flexibility for some remote work. This is a full-time position requiring the individual to actively engage potential customers, identify their financial needs, and propose relevant family takaful solutions. Key responsibilities include building lasting client relationships, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of takaful products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the team on promotional strategies and compliance with regulatory standards.
