Job Description

To achieve outlet daily/monthly sales target, recognize sales opportunities and ability to maximize the sales opportunity via up and cross selling. Establish long-term relationships with customers, improve customer buying interest and build the brand confidence. Act as brand ambassador to portray professional and high level of customer service at all times.

🌟Key Responsibilities

-To achieve monthly sales target given by superior.

-Provide excellent customer services to enrich the customer shopping experience in our retail stores.

-Interact with customers by providing comprehensive product information and propose gift ideas to customers for any occasion.

-Able to do product articulations and demonstration to customers.

-Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensuring all merchandise are properly displayed.

-Process sales quotations, orders & deliveries, handle inventory related works, if any.


🌟Job Requirements

-Candidates must possess at least SPM, Professional -Certificate/Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates who are interested to build their career in retail is also encouraged to apply.

-Preferably with min 1 year of retail sales experience.


🌟Required Skills & Attributes

-Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin languages.

-Basic computer skills.

-Dynamic, friendly with cheerful disposition and a team player.

-Self-motivated, proactive and result driven with strong passion in sales related roles.

-Able to work on rotating shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.
