As a growing brand, we're now looking to bring in a Sales Associate to expand our presence in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia and focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and more.

Job Description

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role supporting Speedy Tigers daily sales and operations. The Sales Associate will represent Speedy Tigers on the ground in Kuala Lumpur, meeting with potential clients, retail partners, distributors, gyms, sports venues, and community organizations to help grow our brand's footprint. In this role, you will work closely with the founders and internal remote teams, while playing a key role in identifying opportunities, managing partnerships, and making sure things run smoothly day to day.

Responsibilities

• Act as a local point of contact for Speedy Tigers in Kuala Lumpur, working out of our Mont Kiara office
• Build relationships with retailers, distributors, sports venues, gyms, community partners, and more
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships across retail, hospitality, fitness, and sports
• Meet with potential clients and partners to introduce the Speedy Tigers brand and explore collaboration opportunities
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and stock-related matters as required
• Support our on-ground brand initiatives, including in-store activations, events, tournaments, and pop-ups
• Coordinate and communicate regularly and in a detailed manner with internal and external teams
• Identify potential external opportunities for Speedy Tigers within sports, community, and lifestyle spaces
• Handle any other operational tasks that come with building a young brand

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Operations Management (F&B, retail, or startup experience is a big plus!)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities, while coordinating with remote teams
• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting people and building relationships
• Ability and willingness to travel to different partner locations across Kuala Lumpur as needed
• Familiar with tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and basic project tracking tools
• Curious, proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
