The Role

Job Description:

  • To execute and manage lead generation, actively source for potential business leads from target market through various channels.
  • Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media, to reach prospects.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact and negotiation through to successful deal closure, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Cold call / cold emails / LinkedIn messaging to reach potential clients.
  • Prepare and present regular, insightful reports on sales activities, pipeline status, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
  • Do market research and develop marketing content to promote the company's products/services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices for clients while adhering to budget plan.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products or services.
  • Achieve quarterly sales objectives and forecast sales activity accurately.
  • Promote and sell company's products/services to potential clients.
  • Coordinate, plan and handover closed projects with relevant departments.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment and Events / Conferences industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • Understand the events & creative media production industry.
