Your tasks will be...

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, using LinkedIn and other innovative channels.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media, showcasing how our software solutions can transform their business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that lead to sales.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop strategies that drive business growth and shape the future of customer experience.

We need you to have...

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Sales, IT or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the software or IT industry
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Keen to learn about our technology and industry, with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new information
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay
