About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Business Development Associate to spearhead sales generation and revenue growth for uParcel.sg. In this role, sales comes first — marketing activities are laser-focused on creating qualified leads, enabling faster conversions, and supporting the close of high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive aggressive business development efforts to identify, approach, and secure new clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships.

Marketing as Sales Enablement

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that directly support sales objectives.
  • Create sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials to assist in deal closing.
  • Manage lead-generation initiatives (email campaigns, social ads, webinars, events) to fill the sales funnel with high-quality prospects.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and direct impact on sales numbers.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing accounts.
  • Recommend adjustments to pricing, offers, or positioning based on market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in a sales role with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in using marketing tactics to generate leads and support sales conversions.
  • Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and networking events.
  • Experience in some content creation will be preferred.
