Job Responsibilities- To build a strong and scalable business development team to drive quality leads through for sales conversion.
- To acquire new customer business with solutions to identify the highest profit potential.
- To develop plan to achieve or exceed the revenue defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different channels of the business.
- To analyze P&L and Customer/Sales/Volume data to develop action plan to achieve targets and growth.
- To identify new market segments and target sellers through data-driven analysis on the market.
Job Requirements- Relevant Sales or Business Development experience in import/export express orFreight Forwarding industry focusing in airfreight business.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong product knowledge in import/export express service.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and BM, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software.
- Performance-driven.
- Result-oriented person with strong sales management.
- A number driven person and with proven sales track record.
Remuneration- Basic Salary + Allowance
