Sales Business Development Manager

About the Client:

Singapore Exchange-listed group providing integrated electronics manufacturing and engineering solutions. It specializes in end-to-end servicesfrom design and prototyping to full-scale productionfocusing on advanced wireless, RF, and IoT technologies for global clients across telecom, medical, and industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wireless, IoT, and embedded systems markets.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts through consultative sales and relationship management.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal submissions.
• Oversee customer programs from initial engagement through design, development, and delivery.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to support strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Business or Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development and sales.
• Those with ODM and OEM sales experience in Semiconductor or networking industries are preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, and can effectively communicate and cooperate with customers.

A competitive remuneration package of up to RM 15,000 per month is offered, commensurate with experience.
