Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO)
Location: Central & Northern Malaysia
Reports To: Area Manager / Territory Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Officers to join our sales team. The BDO will focus on acquiring new SME customers, managing assigned territories, and driving revenue growth while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new SME customers via cold calls, referrals, and field visits
Manage and grow accounts within assigned territories
Present credit score solutions to business owners and decision makers
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Collaborate with TM and AM for coaching, strategy, and target achievement
Requirements:
Passionate about sales and customer engagement
Comfortable with cold calling and field prospecting
Results-oriented and self-motivated
Prior B2B or SME sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome
