Job Description

Position Summary

The Sales & Business Development team is responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account management, customer retention, and business expansion. Depending on experience, skills, and business needs, the role may cover Business Development, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Key Accounts, Customer Success, or After-Sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and customer meetings.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

2. Pre-Sales & Solutioning

  • Understand customer requirements and business needs.
  • Recommend suitable products, services, or solutions.
  • Support proposal development, tenders, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility.

3. Account Management & Customer Retention

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and follow-ups.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

4. After-Sales & Customer Support

  • Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with relevant departments.
  • Monitor customer feedback and service quality.
  • Support contract renewals and recurring business opportunities.

Requirements

Junior Executive (0–2 Years) : Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Senior Executive (2–5 Years) : Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.

  • Ability to manage sales opportunities independently.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
