Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant AIA, located in Putrajaya. Responsibilities include providing financial consulting services to potential and existing clients, understanding and recommending suitable financial solutions, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences while meeting their financial and protection needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with strengths in recommending solutions that meet client needs.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a high level of client care and sustained professional relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive techniques.
• Self-motivation with the ability to adapt to dynamic customer demands and achieve performance objectives.
• Past experience in a sales or consulting role, and familiarity with financial products, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
