Job Summary
The Sales Consultant, ASB at RHB Bank Berhad is responsible for actively promoting and selling Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) investment products to prospective and existing clients. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and bank policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers for ASB investment products through various channels, including in-branch interactions, outbound calls, and community events.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable ASB investment plans and strategies.
- Provide clear and accurate information about ASB products, including features, benefits, risks, and terms and conditions, ensuring full transparency.
- Guide clients through the ASB application process, assisting with documentation and ensuring all requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for ASB product sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in ASB product offerings and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with branch staff and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Adhere strictly to all internal bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those set by Bank Negara Malaysia and other relevant authorities.
