Job Responsibilities:- Recommend suitable health screening packages based on clients health needs and risk factors.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to coordinate screening schedules and medical consultations.
- Explain general screening procedures and basic medical terms to clients in layman's terms
- Ensure accurate documentation of client records and consent forms.
- Manage appointment bookings, follow-up reminders, and daily client flow.
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally both in-person and via phone or messaging platforms.
- Support clinic operations by assisting the medical team during peak hours or busy periods.
- Handle payment processing and ensure proper tracking of client transactions.
- Support clinic promotions by confidently explaining the health benefits of screening packages and add-on services.
Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Medical Science, Biomedical Science, or related healthcare field(required).
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an added advantage, as the role involves assisting a large base of Chinese-speaking clients.
- 23 years of working experience in a medical clinic, diagnostic centre, or health screening facility.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and diagnostic test categories (e.g., blood tests, ultrasound, medical term).
- Excellent communication, client service, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a clinical environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling patient information.
