Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant located in Sitiawan, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Consultant will engage potential customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on car selling or purchasing, and deliver tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales processes, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The employee will also collaborate with other teams to deliver a seamless experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify customer needs and guide them through processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Commitment to ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction through professional interactions and tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in car sales or e-commerce is an added advantage.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
