Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Ipoh. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. We will need someone to handle all our clients contact calls for schedule appointments.

• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
• To handle client's calls and schedule appoinments
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and processing sales orders
• Proficiency in sales and achieving sales targets
• Collaborative skills to coordinate with internal departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site role
• Experience in the eWaste or metal recovery industry is a plus
