Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and customer focused Sales Consultant to join our Property Development team in Kulai, Johor to deliver the IOI branded experience to prospects and purchasers.
From attending walk in and call in enquiries to guiding clients through sales procedures, loan applications and property documentation, you will play a key part in turning interest into successful ownership. Beyond sales, you will support marketing initiatives, monitor sales performance and contribute to market research while collaborating closely with a vibrant Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure IOI Branded customer service to prospects and purchasers
- To attend walk-in and call in potential inquiries
- Promote products and give consultations e.g . sales procedures, loan applications, Sale & Purchase Agreement, Deed of Mutual Covenant.
- To assist in coordinating & Implementing marketing and promotional activities.
- To assist in compiling, monitoring and reporting of sale performance
- To assist marketing research and development
- Contribute to the on-going development of a positive team environment within the Sales & Marketing Department and also within other departments. At the same time, maintain a professional and courteous working relationship with all co-workers.
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company
Job Requirements
- Degree in Property/Real Estate Management & Valuation, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, independent, and hardworking
- Able to read, write, and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel and work on weekends and public holidays
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
