We're looking for a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our team! You will transform company-provided leads into successful closings, owning the end-to-end customer journey from first contact to final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Management: Effectively manage and convert company-generated leads assigned daily.
● End-to-End Sales: Take full ownership of the sales process from lead assignment to final customer handover.
● Expert Consultation: Provide tailored solar solutions by understanding the specific energy needs of potential clients.
● Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through thorough follow-ups and service excellence.
● Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with the team for smooth post-sale transitions.
● Collection Monitoring: Follow up on payment milestones, as commission payouts are tied to full collection (Deposit, 70% pre-installation, and 30% post-completion).
Job Requirements:
● A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or any related field is preferable.
● Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to ensure effective communication with a diverse client base.
● Experience in Consultative Selling, including identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
● Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, displaying a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
● Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills are essential for presenting solutions and building client relationships.
● Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Familiarity with the solar energy or renewable energy industry is an added advantage.
