Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with any initial inquiries,
  • Promote and sell company products to new and existing customer
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests via phone, email, and in-person.
  • To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
  • Handle payment transactions, process gift vouchers, and manage membership inquiries and sign-ups.
  • Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of PA policies, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operation and coordination of client services
  • Follow procedures, guidelines and policies

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or 1-3 working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Can learn new knowledge fast
  • Able to work in team
