Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kuching for a Sales Consultant specializing in mortgage products. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling mortgage solutions to individual and commercial clients while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, conducting mortgage consultations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-centric services and address client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals
• Knowledge of mortgage products, financial processes, and regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and providing tailored mortgage solutions
• Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and meet performance targets
• Relevant experience in banking, mortgage sales, or financial consulting preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
• Fluency in English and any other local languages is a plus
