What You'll Do

Drive monthly mortgage acquisition targets through well-planned individual sales strategies

Execute sales activities such as roadshows, campaigns, personal selling, and client appointments

Provide professional advice and resolve customer enquiries effectively

Deliver exceptional customer experience in line with the Bank's service standards

Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and property developers to generate new business opportunities

Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in any related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage or home financing sales

Highly motivated, results-driven, and monetarily focused

Strong influencing skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships

Good business acumen with a professional and presentable image
