Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Consultant will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored consulting solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, communicating product benefits effectively, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Sales Consultant will also be responsible for contributing to sales strategies and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with a strong ability to deliver tailored solutions for clients
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to nurture client relationships and address concerns effectively
• Experience in ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client expectations
• Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Food Sciences, Nutrition or a related field is advantageous
• Experience in the health or wellness industry is a bonus
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to clients diverse requirements
