Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant for PF-i at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Islamic banking products and services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding the bank's customer base and meeting sales targets while ensuring compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote RHB Bank's PF-i products and services
- Conduct product presentations and provide detailed explanations of Islamic banking concepts to customers
- Assess clients financial needs and recommend suitable PF-i products
- Assist clients in completing application forms and gathering necessary documentation
- Follow up with clients throughout the application process and address any concerns or queries
- Meet and exceed sales targets for PF-i products
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in Islamic banking regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of applications
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Participate in marketing events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Certification in Islamic Finance or related field is preferred
