Job Description

Sales

  • Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing-i (PF-i) products.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute toward Group sales objectives.
  • Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers through internal marketing initiatives and self-generated leads.
  • Set appointments and conduct sales visits as necessary, prospecting and engaging new-to-bank customers.
  • Cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB Financing, Credit Cards, Deposits, and other relevant offerings.

Customer Service

  • Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer experience in line with the Bank's service quality and standards.

Compliance

  • Adhere strictly to the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Protect and uphold the image, reputation, and brand of the Bank.

Operations

  • Ensure the sales centre or sales hub is well-maintained in accordance with the Bank's operational and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Possess relevant licenses for the portfolio (where applicable).
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, self-initiated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable engaging with people and taking personal responsibility for delivering outcomes.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and passion in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to relate to and connect with the local community.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic understanding of finance and banking products.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
