Sales Consultant, PF - RHB Bank Berhad

Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant, PF (Personal Financing) at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for proactively acquiring new personal financing customers and managing existing client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Proactively identify and acquire new personal financing customers through various channels, including referrals, telemarketing, and branch walk-ins.

Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable personal financing products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards, ).

Prepare and process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the application process.Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in personal financing products and regulations.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's performance.

Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities as required.

Ensure all sales activities adhere to RHB Bank Berhad's ethical standards and compliance guidelines.
