Job Description

Sales

  • Solicit and promote sales of PF products.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall Group targets.
  • Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers using internal marketing initiatives and self-generated leads.
  • Arrange appointments and conduct sales visits as needed, prospecting and engaging new-to-bank customers.
  • Cross-sell a range of retail banking products such as ASB, PF-i, Credit Cards and others.

Customer Service

  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience in line with the Bank's service quality and standards.

Compliance

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures established by the Bank.
  • Safeguard and uphold the Bank's image and brand at all times.

Operations

  • Maintain the physical sales centre or sales hub in accordance with the Bank's quality and operational standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Possession of relevant licenses for the portfolio.
  • Highly motivated, success-driven, self-initiated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and taking personal accountability for delivering results.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and passion in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Ability to relate to and engage with the local community.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of finance and banking products.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
