Job Summary
The Sales Consultant, PF (Personal Finance) at RHB Bank Berhad is responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing client relationships within the personal finance segment. This role involves promoting and selling a comprehensive range of retail banking products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new customers for personal finance products such as loans, credit cards, deposits, and investment solutions.
- Conduct financial needs analysis for clients, providing tailored advice and recommending suitable RHB products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Achieve and exceed assigned individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and process loan applications, account opening forms, and other related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to personal finance products.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position RHB's offerings.
- Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with other departments and branches to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of personal finance products including loans, credit cards, deposits, and insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Valid driving license and own transportation preferred.
