Job Description

Job Summary**

Responsible for providing financial advice and solutions to clients, focusing on personal finance products and services. This role involves building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets for RHB Bank Berhad.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships, actively seeking opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell banking products, particularly within the personal finance (PF) segment.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs analyses for individual clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and current financial situation.
  • Propose suitable personal finance products and services, including but not limited to savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, and investment products.
  • Provide comprehensive explanations of product features, benefits, terms, and conditions to clients, ensuring full understanding and transparency.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets for personal finance products and services as set by the bank.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the financial industry.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, activity logs, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives to promote RHB Bank Berhad's personal finance offerings.

Job Qualifications**

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on personal finance products.
  • Strong understanding of various personal banking products, including deposits, loans, credit cards, and basic investment instruments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
