Proactively identify and acquire new personal financing customers through various sales channels, including telemarketing, roadshows, and branch referrals.
Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable personal financing solutions (e.g., personal loans, credit cards).
Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and comprehensively to customers.
Guide customers through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into successful applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their queries.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay updated on RHB Bank's personal financing products, policies, and industry trends.
Adhere to all internal policies, compliance regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
Job Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on personal financing products.
Strong understanding of personal financing products and services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
