Role Description The Sales Consultant role at Premier Wealth Catalyst is a full-time hybrid position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Consultant will identify and engage prospective clients, conduct needs assessments, and present appropriate wealth and financial solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing and delivering presentations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to refine solutions and service delivery. The Sales Consultant is expected to meet sales targets, stay updated on market trends and products, and participate in training and team meetings both on-site and remotely.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable financial and wealth solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, focused on building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in sales, financial services, or related advisory roles is highly beneficial.
