Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Consultant, based in Johor Bahru. The role involves providing tailored consulting services to potential and existing customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, delivering product knowledge, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and following up on client inquiries. The Sales Consultant will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience, and will collaborate with the team to meet overall company objectives.
