Job Description

The Role.

As a Sales Consultant at The Makeover Guys, you will consult and guide homeowners to achieve better living experiences and/or stronger property returns through strategic interior solutions. Your role is to understand client needs, recommend the right interior concepts, and convert consultations into successful projects. Our mission is to enable people to enjoy better homes. You will be the key person in building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, turning them into satisfied, long-term customers who trust and believe in what we do. What You'll Do.

1. Listen and understand client needs, lifestyle, and property goals. 

2. Propose suitable interior solutions to improve living experience and/or rental returns.

3. Consult and prepare space planning proposals, cost estimates, and quotations. 

4. Drive conversion by guiding homeowners from consultation stage to project confirmation.

5. Build and maintain good relationships with clients through professional consultation and ensure great customer experience through their renovation journey. 

6. Stay updated on industry trends, home renovation, and practical interior solutions that add value to properties.

Who You Are.

1. Client servicing, sales or consultation experience will be an added advantage

2. Background or interest in interior design, home furnishing, property/real estate and relevant field

3. Great communication skills, able to manage client expectations well

4. Results-driven and high level of accountability

5. Great time management skills

6. Strong team player

Working Arrangement.

Hybrid. Work closely with our Interior Designer and Project Manager.
