Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Consultant (Chinese Speaker) for a full-time, on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing tailored consulting services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers to understand their needs, offering solutions, and achieving sales targets. You will play a critical role in promoting the company's services while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, persuasive, and service-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Consultant to join our expanding geomancy services company. The ideal candidate will engage with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable geomancy solutions related to Feng Shui consultations, auspicious date selections, space planning, and related services. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for helping clients enhance harmony, luck, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Sales

  • Promote and sell geomancy services to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct consultations on service packages, pricing, and process flow.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins.
  • Build trust by educating clients on geomancy solutions tailored to their needs.

Business Development

  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, live sessions, and promotional events.
  • Support the company's brand presence in Malaysia.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat services.
  • Manage customer records, feedback, and service history.

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with Singapore HQ or geomancy masters for scheduling and service arrangement.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and simple administrative tasks related to sales.
  • Ensure timely updates to management on sales progress and client issues.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 13 years of experience in sales, customer service, or consulting.
  • Experience in geomancy / Feng Shui field is a bonus, but not required (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build rapport easily and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
