- Candidates must attend internal briefing sessions to fully understand the curriculum of our Malaysian-aligned certifications and the upcoming UK Chartered Qualifications. You aren't just selling a course; you are selling a career advancement path.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- For the Manager: You will be expected to represent the company at networking events or professional association meetings.
- For Consultants: You will maintain a professional image as the first point of contact for the brand.
3. CRM & Documentation
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and conversion rates to ensure no lead is left cold.
4. Quality Assurance
