Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online databases.
Prospecting: Contacting prospective customers to introduce IT products or services, identify their needs, and qualify them as potential customers.
Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the IT products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with customers.
Solution Selling: Understanding customer requirements and pain points to recommend appropriate IT solutions that meet their needs and add value to their business.
Quoting and Pricing: Providing customers with accurate quotes and pricing information for IT products or services, negotiating terms and conditions, and closing sales.
Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Pipeline Management: Managing sales pipelines and RM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, as well as forecasting future sales revenue.
Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge and effectively address customer needs.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years on IT Inside Sales
MUST able to speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia language.
Have experience in IT sales or sales experience will be preferable.
