Job Summary
As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team by handling order management, delivery coordination, customer communication, and logistics-related tasks to ensure smooth sales operations and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
Manage customer orders and update sales data, including forecasts
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal departments (e.g., production)
Manage customer POs and contract-related documentation
Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and other related documents
Compile and report sales data, including RFQs
Monitor inventory levels and share updates with the sales team
Manage and follow up on sample requests and progress

2. Logistics & Shipping
Prepare delivery orders and invoices using the UBS system
Coordinate shipment schedules and arrange deliveries (domestic and export)
Liaise with forwarders and transport providers
Prepare export/import documents (e.g., Invoice, Packing List)
Track shipment status and delivery timelines
Monitor and verify transportation costs and billing

3. Others
Handle phone and email communications
Maintain proper documentation and filing
Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to sales and logistics
MUST TO HAVE:
-Minimum 2 years of sales or sales support experience
-Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume operations
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
